Pilates Comprehensive Course starting date is 08 February 2020.
This course duration is approximately 9 months to a year depending on how soon students are able to complete their practical hours. Students are giving FREE Group Mat & Large Equipment classes for 5 months from the starting date of the course at our studio.

Lectures: 90 hours
Self-Practice: 120 hours
On-line Observation: 100 hours
Teacher Training: 140 hours
