A vision goes beyond what one individual can achieve. If a vision has real value it does more than includes others; it inspires them, adds value to them, and unites them to your cause. Any successful organisation will have a vision. It is a snapshot of what a company will look like at a certain point in time, what it will be doing, and what effect you will be having in your community, or even the world.
A vision transforms the organisation. It provides a picture of what could be. It is a catalyst that can impel an organisation to move towards that dream. As dreams come true, or realities change, visions change. It is a goal of the highest order.
A vision may also indicate how the people will act, and aligns the in activities across the organisation. It facilitates goal setting and planning.
In this workshop we will go through a series of thought provoking questions that will have you looking at where you want to be in the next 3 to 5 years. Allow yourself to dream a little, and be inspired to get clarity on what it is you really want.
By the end of this 3hr workshop, you may or may not have a clear vision for where you want to be, however if you never take the time to make those decisions on where you are going, how are you ever going to get there?
