Our Internationally Registered Qualification-syllabus in professional Cookery
is Ideal for people employed in the Hospitality industry (but not necessary) or seeking their International Qualification, but cannot leave their place of work to attend class-room lectures; or for people which are fresh from school, or anybody that
would like to change their Career to the culinary industry. You can participate in our program full time or Part time.
Please read the documents attached for general course info. You can study with us full time or part time, you can enrol any time of the year. Registration fee of R 3000 should be paid when submitting your application form.
All our theory study material will be provided on a CD or is downloadable from our website. It is basically a self study course at home while you doing your practical work in a Hotel. The theory study manual will explain in detail what needs to be achieved.
While you work as a trainee, you will earn a small salary that will assist topay off the course fee. We have specifically developed this strategy to enable the not so wealthy to get a qualification.

If you are interested in working in the fast-paced, exciting and growing industry of Cookery, then this course is your ticket. This is a professional, full time or part time training program for aspiring chefs which we offer at Global Chef and Hospitality
School.
Covering all aspects of working in a professional kitchen, you will learn food preparation, a range of cooking methods and techniques, la carte skills, stock management, menu planning and kitchen design.
You gain work experience plus have plenty of practical experience in a kitchen and restaurant facilities which provide lunch and dinner productions.
You are required to find your own Work experience and apprentice ship placement, which needs to be approved by Global Chef and Hospitality school, this means you will go to actual workplaces and gain an insight and knowledge into the industry.
Our students gain work experience and should receive a Salary doing so. In other words, you can earn your Course fee back !!!
