Details
FSSC 22000 version 5.1 requirements was published in Nov 2020 and became mandatory from 01 April 2021. FSSC 22000 is a complete certification scheme for food and feed safety management systems based on the international, independent standards: ISO 22000 + Sector Specific PRPs like ISO 22002-1 + FSSC Version 5.1 additional requirements.This course will cover the key elements of the FSSC 22000 Version 5.1 scheme and detailed illustration of the changes between FSSC 22000 version 5 and FSSC 22000 version 5.1 scheme as well as implementation of the changes.
