This training covers the 12 stages of HACCP. Thease include preliminary information to enable a hazard analysis, risk assessment of hazards, categorisation of control measures into OPRPs and CCPs, monitoring of the hazard control plan, validation, verification and control of process and product non-conformities. The terms of reference include Codex, BRC Issue 8 and ISO 22000:2018.  This course will benefit the Food Safety or HACCP team as well as QA's, QC;s and any interested parties. Please note that PRP training is a minimum requirement for this training.
