This interactive workshop will focus on the function of strategic HRM, focusing on how to interrelate with other departments within an organisation in order to understand their goals. From there tools will be discussed to align HR strategies with the identified goals. The course effectively blends the theory and practice of Strategic HRM with HRM/D metrics using practical applications through techniques, process models and frameworks and other ROI performance metrics.
At the conclusion of this course, learners will be empowered to master the various HRM/D metrics processes and tools and to develop a HRM Scorecard to measure the strategic impact and value of the HRM function and practices.
