This enlightening two day course is ideal for facilitators to learn the tricks of the training trade. Delegates gain expertise from fellow trainers, both experienced and new to the profession. They then reinforce their own learning through role plays and valuable peer feedback.
The classes are lively and interesting; we cover concepts such as how and why adults learn and how to structure courses right from the developmental stage. Delegates gain valuable training and presentation tips as they draw on the experience of all who attend.

This course hones facilitation and presentation skills which can be utilised in a variety of learning areas. It has been approved by Microsoft as an integral part of their internationally recognised Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor accreditation.
