This course is specifically for beginner's / novices - i.e. persons who know nothing about hand tools, selecting, measuring, cutting & working with wood.
The course is entirely practical with 3 small projects being made which participants may take home with them.
The 1st session - a bench hook is made from solid wood & chipboard
The 2nd session - a sanding block is made from MDF
The 3rd & 4th sessions - a trivet is made out of solid wood
Participants should bring with writing materials and their preferred refreshments.

Although an accountant by profession, many years of enjoying woodworking as a hobby which started at a very young age, I have the skills to teach others woodworking. I also run my own woodworking business which is situated next door to the studio I teach from.
