Details
Flight Attendants provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. They are trained to deal with security and emergency situations which may arise and can administer first aid to passengers. Representing an airline as a cabin crew member is a unique and wonderful opportunity. Besides being a Safety Officer on board an aircraft, you will be a Customer Service Professional employed to fulfil the needs and requirements of your airline’s customers. Your role will include all aspects of cabin safety, first aid and customer service. This is the most rewarding career in the world.
We are an approved Aviation Training Organisation, in terms of the South African Civil Aviation Regulations Part 141 (ATO registration No. CAA/0125).
We pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of cabin crew training that enables Flight Attendants to develop the necessary skills to effectively manage any safety, medical or emergency situation on board, in accordance with internationally recognised standards.
We cover the following modules: Safety and Emergency Procedures, Aviation Medicine, Security, Crew Resource Management, Safety Management System and Dangerous Goods Training Programmes, are approved by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA),
as required
Minimum Requirements
· Age of 18 -35 years
· Must have minimum level 4 or equivalent education
· You need to be well groomed at all times, be responsible and confident
· Have the ability to swim in water, with the aid of a life jacket. (lessons available if you don’t know how to swim)
· Have a valid Class 2 Medical Certificate (we will assist you with referral for
service provider for this) Price for course does not include these costs
· You must have the ability to show empathy, care and ability to remain calm and composed during a highly stressed situation.
· You must have a good command of the international language English
We partner with FUNDI Funding for loans to enable you to afford the course.

Outline
The Cabin Crew training course is over a 7 weeks period (35 Business days), which are conducted at our premises at Beau Valley Cradle Moon Conservatory
✓ General Emergency Equipment and Procedures Training
✓ Dangerous Goods Training (Category 11), Air law, Aviation Safety and Security Training
✓ Aircraft type (B737-300) and Theory of Flight Training
✓ Fire Fighting Training, Flight and Duty Period, Health Awareness Training
✓ Ditching and Survival Theory and Practical Training
✓ Evacuation Procedures Theory and Practical Training
✓ Aviation Medicine (Basic Life Support) Theory and Practical Training
✓ Theory and Practical Assessments
All training is delivered, via:
