Each delegate will prepare and deliver a short presentation on both days of the programme to allow for a comparison before and after implementing the skills learnt during the programme. Peer and facilitator feedback will be immediate, helpful, positive and encouraging. This workshop is known for boosting confidence, improving self-esteem, inspiring self-development and positively impacting delegate’s lives outside the classroom.
