Idleads (Pty) Ltd was established in July 2013 in Johannesburg, Gauteng.  Our core focus is the provision of management and leadership development at junior, middle and senior management level.  Our full-service offering is as follows:

• Pre-assessment diagnostic tests
• Learnership initiation and project management
• Training of various skills programmes and full qualifications, in the form of:

                    o   On-site accredited training at the client’s premises (5 or more learners)

                    o   Off-site accredited public programmes

                    o   On-site and off-site learnerships for employed and unemployed learners

• Business incubator programmes, as part of our clients’ Enterprise and Supplier Development Initiatives or Corporate Social Responsibility projects

The company’s senior management has more than 26 years’ experience in the delivery of training programmes as well as business process analysis. They also have adequate business knowledge and experience within various sectors of the economy. Their expertise lies in the areas of Project Management, Business Process Management and Entrepreneurship. It is also the policy of the company to use contractors that are suitably qualified for any project where possible. The business is 52% black female-owned, with a B-BBEE level 1 certification.
