Course Overview

The following topics will be covered:
- The main categories of spirits
- Distillation process
- The factors affecting the flavour of spirits
- Health, safety and legal issues
- Service and sales of spirits

To gain the WSET qualification, students need to successfully pass a multiple choice paper consisting of 30 questions.
