COURSE OUTLINE
Delegates who attend this course will have already attended the original Introduction to Project Management and who understand the elements of working as a leader in the context of a small project / sub-project.
This course is based on the 8 Chapters not covered in the first course and deals with the subtleties of Project Costs, Estimating and Administration.
On completion of this course the delegate will be capable of:
- Describing and explaining the need for consistent processes and standards to achieve quality.
- Suggesting actions, within own field of expertise, in support of the development of quality project deliverables.
