Outline
Practitioner level is for anyone with foundation level knowledge who wants to gain practicing level capability and attain the full certification. It is ideal for those who lead, manage or contribute to the facilitation of change within an organisation. On completion, you will be ready to sit the APMG-International Change Management™ Practitioner exam. Course attendance is suitable for all Change Management roles and Project Managers, Business/Process Analysts, Team Leaders/Supervisors, Senior Managers, IT Professionals and HR Professionals.

Ivan has worked as a change facilitator for the past 20 years, both in internal consulting and independent consulting roles. He is the founder of ChangeWright, a highly-regarded specialist change management consulting firm, and has expert knowledge of change management and different change methodologies. He has been personally engaged in many large-scale change initiatives during the course of his career, and is passionate about making change management as simple, accessible and effective as possible.
Founded in 2000, ChangeWright specialises in change management, offering change management advisory services, resourcing, training and products.
