This particular training course is aimed at consultants with 2 years or less exp, but in house HR and Recruiters with more experience have also attended in the past.
The course is general with regards to the subjects we cover and includes everything from time management to reference checking, referring candidates, legal considerations in recruitment, questioning and interviewing techniques and overcoming objections for
example.
The sessions are not about spoon feeding information, but outcomes based and fun role plays to ensure everyone has grasped the concept.
