This is a wonderful place to begin your healing journey, as you learn so much about yourself in the process. There are 3 levels and a masters level. Here we begin with level 1, and there is room to go further as you complete each level.
All my courses are taught with a lot of practical hands on experience. This way you develop the confidence to use it on other people. Every week we unpack more skills and refresh on what we learned the week before. I require lots of homework in the form of meditations and practicing what you have learned. This way you develop faster.
