  • Recognise the importance of Power to Choose and Atti-tude in achieving success.
  • Create awareness and to build the knowledge, skills and correct attitude to allow you to bounce back from set-backs and difficulties in your life.

  • What is resilience?
  • What does assertive behaviour include?
  • In which contexts is resilience tested?
  • How do people handle setbacks and difficulties and what are their own perceptions and in-sights regarding their reaction to these experi-ences?
  • Which human qualities and other factors allow people to bounce back from setbacks and diffi-culties?
  • How can participants build and sustain the knowledge, skills and attitudes acquired (on a personal and business level) during this work-shop?

We use a range of highly skilled and experienced facili-tators from both the academic and private practice worlds. We only use facilitators that are either regard-ed as subject matter experts or people with experi-ence in the world of business and leadership.
